On Sunday 21st June, a dedicated team from MPLC UK – Rory, David, Tyrone , Kallan, Billy and William laced up their running shoes and took on a 10km challenge to raise some much needed funds for the wonderful charity MediCinema. Braving the summer heat and pushing past personal limits, the team completed the run with enthusiasm and lots of team spirit, all in aid of MediCinema. We’re proud to share that the event raised over £2,000 — a fantastic contribution to the incredible work MediCinema carries out across the UK.
MediCinema is a charity that builds and runs cinemas in hospitals and health facilities, giving patients and their families the chance to experience the magic of film from their hospital beds. For many, this provides an escape from the clinical environment and an invaluable moment of normality and joy during treatment or recovery. Thank you to everyone who donated and cheered us on.
